"If you’re looking for an all inclusive resort in Cancun Mexico. This might not be it. First of all when I think all inclusive, I think everything is included. That would be the wrong assumption here. There was more to pay for than what you actually receive. Next they are trying to up Sell you before you get in the door. Next the room we received was very out dated and very dirty. Next limited selection on room service or breakfast. Yes, Breakfast was possibly the worst buffet breakfast I’ve had...

"Pros: Wonderful staff. Dinner options were good. Room was small and simple but comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Ocean was nice and calm. Felt safe. Cons: Breakfast and lunch buffets were not very good. Same options every day and just not very good. Water stations not cleaned regularly. Bird crap on ours, so we cleaned it after seeing it there for a few days. Water stations not all kept full. Grounds were a little confusing to navigate. Entertainment was hit or miss. Tons of wildlife. Great...

"The resort itself was beautiful! The food was pretty normal if you’ve very stayed at an all inclusive, you know what you’re getting yourself into. However, it’s very selective on what restaurants are open & when, the staff was very unfriendly, they acted like they didn’t want to serve you or help. We even may sure to tip like the pool bar boys etc, and they still acted like we were inconveniencing them."
