"Booking the restaurants is such a complicated thing to do. My wife and I waited at the stake house in a line for 35 minutes. The host would not grant us entrance to the restaurant although we had booked at 7:00 pm. They make it complicated to go to the restaurants so, guests just keep on going to the buffet. We’ll never go back to this hotel. "

"Bei Unterkunft im Hotel war unser Zimmer, obwohl wir für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gebucht hatten, nur für 2 Personen vorbereitet. Wir haben dann als Notlösung eine Ersatzliege ins Zimmer gestellt bekommen. Am nächsten Tag durften wir dann in ein Zimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten und Sonne auf dem Balkon umziehen. Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern war gut. Das Essen in den Buffetrestaurants war leider nicht besonders schmackhaft und für ein Iberostar Hotel auch mit zu geringer Auswahl. Der Strand hatte die...
