Disfrutamos de un ambiente muy agradable, conocimos personas de distintas partes del mundo y todos fueron muy amables. Sin duda, fue una excelente experiencia y volveríamos."

"Breathless Soul was a great experience but for us it fell short of its promised amenities with Xhale club. We were looking forward to more premium liquor and there was not great bar craftsmanship. Found myself teaching the bartenders different drinks to make. Did not like that premium liquor needed to be purchased. No VIP check in at all when we first arrived. Not a lot of lunch options so there were moments we were hungry. We did do the timeshare presentation and was promised by Dorian we would get 100% off on our spa service, which ended up being not true and we still paid. It's ok but wish we were not lied to. I think the Xhale rooftop should serve only premium liquor, a restaurant for only VIP guests' breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and also soft music would have been nice. It was very boring. Luxury doesn't have to be boring. Overall, I see myself coming back for a quick weekend but the atmosphere gave hotel not resort. The parties were fun, the classes were too, and the nightclub was the best part of the day. Also, the Xcelerate rooftop was fun as well but definitely should add a DJ, some foam, volleyball, pool games, just more daytime party to the mix."

"I will break it down! We stayed there for 5 nights with our 2 boys, 2 & 5. The hotel is almost perfect. SUPER convenient with kids!! The pool is huge with swim up bars, they have a kiddy pool which is great too and still near by where you aren't excluded from being in the main area, which I loved. The beach is literally 4 steps away, gorgeous part of the ocean and known to be more calm than other areas in Cancun. There is a ferry there that takes you to Isla Mujeres which is a great, easy trip to do with kids if you want to change it up a bit. There are jet skis to rent on the property, we did that too! The lobby, many restaurants and several areas of the hotel have been remodeled and you can tell. The only thing I will say, as perfect as everything is, you can def tell the hotel is old in some of the areas, esp in the rooms. Rooms are big and clean so not the end of the world, but outdated. The "kids" slides are in a completely diff area of the hotel, through the kids club which is not ideal at all. I wish they had an area that was outdoor near the main part of the hotel so we did not use that at all. Either way, kids had a blast just being in the pool. Food is wow for all inclusive, i see people complained and I don't know what more they want. Steak house is a must, very impressive, high end, literally felt like we were in Vegas! Service, staff and cleanliness was all WOW! Not a lot to complain about, hotel is fantastic."
