"Loved this resort, very accommodating "

"The Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The all inclusive was worth it as we were inside premises and had breakfast lunch and dinner there. The beach is very clean and they have a lifeguard there morning to evening. The food was very tasty on all 4 restaurants of the hotel."

"Rooms great, restaurants as well. My favorite food and service was at the Italian on the 12th floor. Spa and masseuse were awesome, a must! Beach could have been better but weather was not on our side."

"The hotel, its amenities and staff are definitely 5 star quality. The standard rooms, however, are four star and the beach itself i would rate as maybe 3 stars. The beach amenities are outstanding with fresh fruit juice bars full service restaurant and bars, a pool and beautiful manicured areas. The beach is small, lots of coral and sand, unfortunately full of sargassum although this was not the fault of the hotel. It was well appointed with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The staff were courteous, and accommodating. Overall the stay was great and very relaxing. I was upset with two things. The standard rooms, especially the bathrooms are not up to a 5 star standard. Our first room was damp and the furniture looked rough. The bathroom tiles were broken, the tv was small, a 37 inch from 2015 and the shower did not work well. I requested a room change and the room was much better although they downgraded our pool view room to a garden view. The in room amenities are excellent with a de humidifier and steamer to remove wrinkles from packed clothes. My pet peeve was the resorts suggestion to get a better more updated room i would have to upgrade to premium whivj was 800 more. i would not have minded paying but l wanted that to be my choice and then could have widened my choices at rhe start to include the hyatt, riu or other 5 star hotel. By trying to force me to pay another 800 usd during check undermined the whole experience. "

"Was wife was charged extra for no reason. When she asked for an itemized receipt they gave her excuses why they couldn't do it. Do not stay at this hotel. "

"We've been to this hotel multiple times. We love the property, the staff and the vibes. As we dine out often when visiting Cancun, we were never picky when it came to the food. We were however very pleased to find that this resort has now checked this box to make it perfect. We found ourselves on multiple occasions rushing back to make dinner at the hotel! On another note, I had ordered flowers and balloons for our anniversary. The flower delivery service I hired was very difficult to communicate with and the delivery took place after we had left for the day on an excursion. Upon returning to the hotel, we found that the staff had received the deliver and brought it to our room. They also filled the room and bed with flower petals. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!"
