Secrets The Vine Cancun - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"Loved this resort. The food is the best we've had at an all inclusive in Mexico and we've been to at least 10. We did pay for the preferred club and we didnt feel like it was worth it for us. The check-in took forever because there were 4 groups in front of us and only 1 person doing check in. It would've been better for us to check in downstairs where there was no wait so we could get our trip started. We also liked being at the main pools better because we like to be around more people. The resort is beautiful and very clean. The coffee shop was also amazing!"

"Over all is 4.5 out of 5. Too hot in the buffet restaurant and lobby area, quite suprice charging delivery fee in room service :( (other Hyatt collections don't chage), Armando in VIP louge is excellent :)"

"New resort. Everything clean and free from damage. Smaller resort with big resort amenities. 5 pools plus kids pool with slides. 5 restaurants. Entertainment staff was excellent especially Johnnie! Bar staff excellent especially Fernando. Would recommend to anyone. Conveniently located close to airport on hotel zone strip."

"The food is not good, everything looked old whether it was lettuce in my salad being brown or going bad to the enchiladas having a chicken bone in them. It was very hard for me to go out there on the resort and eat the food without thinking twice about. Besides that, the staff was great, very helpful, great drinks, and environment. I enjoyed that for sure!"

Has two specialty Restaurant one Italian Highly recommended I felt in love with the view, food, music and the service. and The Oriental excellent quality food Nice Entrance. The rooms are big very nice the bathroom its ok but in my opinion needs a little maintenance. Pools very clean and the services is excellent."
