"The floor in the room was dark woodgrain tile, after walking around the room in our bare feet, then getting into the shower, the floor of the shower was filthy from the dirt on our feet. Reported this to the front staff, they simply asked the room number, nothing was done to rectify the situation. The corner chair in the room had a large stain on the cloth seating."

"Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Stayed for 1 night. We were in town for the Guess Who show at Hard Rock. This property is very close to the venue."

"Pictures look nothing like the hotel, hotel room in disrepair, one towel only for two people, no blankets, comforter, or adequate pillows on bed, had to request, sheets had holes in them, and feet turned black walking from bed to bathroom and back. Made the desk aware of dirty floors when check out. Hooks and racks in bathroom missing, no switch plate on light switch leaving wires exposed (hazard). Will not return and do not recommend."

"3 minute walk to the Seminole Hardrock casino or shuttle available. Not much in the way of good restaurants to choose from. Best bet is the Hardrock. Very nice hotel. We would stay there again. "

"The property is not well maintained. Our room wasnt ready at check in time even though we were given the key. Mold on the ceiling and windows. Broken tiles and the elevator was a death trap. "
