"AC worked great. Entire property was very clean and the pool water was comfortable. The staff was great and I would recommend staying at this funky short term rental. The kitchen was especially of benefit. Having a car would have been better on my end but Uber/rideshare worked great here too."

"the breakfast was the same small selection everyday. oatmeal with no sugar, honey or agave only some awful alternative. flimsy plates. syrup is shared, we have to touch what everyone has already put their hands on. nothing to clean or disinfect our hands or the bottle. peanut butter with no jam/ jelly. rooms are passable, i’ve seen worse but definitely not the best in terms of cleanliness. staff not inviting in the least. air conditioning is either too cold or too hot, no in between. not somewhere i would run to return to."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel approximately 20 times and always had a great experience. Apparently they have changed one thing that will keep me from staying there again. The a/c thermostat will not go lower than 70! I can’t sleep when I’m hot! Bad decision management."

At the time of the check-in, even I said to the front desk person my husband already paid through Expedia, she asked me for a card and when I asked why is the card for she just said to have a card in the system. And she charged me again for the full reservation when it was already paid. I got charged twice. I spoke with Brandon in the front desk the next day and he said management are going to send me an email. I still haven’t received the email or the refund for the double-charged. Also, I paid for the parking in advance. The girl that charged me twice validated my parking receipt so I could get out of the parking but instead she kept the paper and told me she sent me a virtual one to my email. She sent me the email but there wasn’t a scanning machine when I got out and I had to pay AGAIN for overnight parking since she kept the paper to get out. Horrible experience"

"The room was horrible. The ceiling had mold and it looked like there was also leaking in the ceiling. I couldn’t breathe because of how dusty it was, the sheets had cigarette burns and stains. Horrible service as well. Never again"
