"The room was clean and staff friendly . However they charged us daily for parking and that information wasn’t given to us at the check in . We saw the charges and query and we not refunded . All we were told at check in is to provide plate and model of vehicle in order not to get tow. It needs to be communicated clearly so guests are not surprised by charges"

"AC worked great. Entire property was very clean and the pool water was comfortable. The staff was great and I would recommend staying at this funky short term rental. The kitchen was especially of benefit. Having a car would have been better on my end but Uber/rideshare worked great here too."

"the breakfast was the same small selection everyday. oatmeal with no sugar, honey or agave only some awful alternative. flimsy plates. syrup is shared, we have to touch what everyone has already put their hands on. nothing to clean or disinfect our hands or the bottle. peanut butter with no jam/ jelly. rooms are passable, i’ve seen worse but definitely not the best in terms of cleanliness. staff not inviting in the least. air conditioning is either too cold or too hot, no in between. not somewhere i would run to return to."

"I really wanted to love this spot, but unfortunately it fell short. The apartment felt very rundown with a very strong unpleasant smell. The bed was also probably the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on and I wish I was exaggerating. The frame slats cracked so loud every time you sat down or rolled over that it felt like it was about to break at any moment. I think it was a memory foam mattress and I'm not sure if they are all like this, but our bodies would just sink into it and we would wake up in huge indentations that left a lot of back/neck pain. I won't say it was all bad. The pros were that the location was safe and quiet. The parking being included was a nice bonus. And there is a Farmers Market within walking distance that had a lot of good options to get something to eat/drink. I'm not sure how the pool was. It was a selling point when booking, but we didn't actually make it over to it. Check in was also very easy so that was a plus. This was cheaper than a lot of other places, but in the end it was a case of you get what you pay for. If I had known how bad the bed was I probably would have booked somewhere else."
