"Upon arrival because i was staying for two weeks i got upgraded to a bigger room. They were very kind and helpful and my only point is the mold on the bathroom floor and the toilet on the inside was very dirty i know its not new but i couldn't stand the sight of it. But everything else topped these two things but it should be kept in mind "

"Good location, close to Metro station (Jonggak and Anguk) , quite close to Incheon airport bus. Room quite spacious, bigger than average Seoul hotel rooms. A little tricky to find the hotel from airport bus stop. Bedding is ok. Room lighting is very good (bright). Cleanliness is acceptable. Free laundry (separate washer & dryer). Breakfast combination is quite unusual (ie : pasta, sweet potato, egg as one dish) and limited selections in a day. Staffs are quite helpful but not...

"I stayed at hostel haru for my solo trip for 7 nights. I felt safe as a lone girl. The amenities were clean, water pressure was great. I could even do my laundry before heading home. The best thing about this hostel is that it is super convenient to places like Anguk, ikseon dong and insadong. I found myself walking to these places instead of taking the train. "I love the location, the cleanliness, the food available for us as much as the profesional staff always doing everything to help us out and to answer our multiples questions, even the cleaning lady help and told us what to look for on our excursion. The staff makes a great atmosphere where everyone feels welcome! I’ll certainly go back!"
