"Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons. Bed was too soft for me. I ordered room service for breakfast once, and was disappointed as it came in a paper bowl and...

"Very convenient. Lovely breakfast. The courtesy bus was great to collect us from the airport. Please bear in mind that if you are taking the courtesy bus to the airport , we were overwhelmed by the amount of time it took to get back to the airport in the morning as the traffic was very heavy- allow an extra 30-60 mins to get to the airport! "
