"hotels.com 提供的房間相片, 和現場入住的房間相差很大, 存在超級誤導.
我預訂時看到的相片是一房一廳的大床房. 而入住時酒店表明只是訂了大床一張的房間. 綱頁顯示的相片是套房. 我即時打電話給hotels.com, 得到的回復是相片由酒店提供, 不是他們的責任. 酒店回應曾有客人一樣的情況, 已向hotels.com反應, 但hotels.com 沒有更正相片, 所以不是酒店問題, 不能提供此套房住宿, 只能提升豪華房. 超級無耐! 如果不是因為套房, 我不會選擇此偏遠的住宿!

"Overall, the hotel stay was average. Most aspects were acceptable, though not particularly outstanding. One notable issue was the behaviour of some guests — for example, someone was smoking in the lobby, which was unpleasant and surprisingly, no one stopped him.
There was also a noticeable odour in the room upon arrival. It wasn’t very pleasant at first. However, eventually got used to it after the first night.
While the stay was manageable, a bit more attention to cleanliness and air quality...

"7樓的櫃檯人員都非常的和善！報到寄放行李、詢問洗衣事宜、借用衣架、還有最後退房的時候還回贈了兩盒牛軋糖都非常感謝🙏對於我們提出的問題都能夠一一回答！就連晚上想要看优酷微信櫃檯都能夠立即得到回覆與幫助！真的是要給一個讚！9樓的清潔姐姐們也非常的用心！雖然住宿的幾天不好意思每天都要姐姐們幫忙清潔…，所以在最後一天遺留了很多的頭髮在地上；但是入住的時候真的感受到非常乾淨的整潔度！雖然這次住的是城景不是海景，所以沒有體驗到海景的環境，但是熱情的人際環境也是挺不錯的"
