"The room was very nice, has a balcony, television, some smaller closets, tatami matress, a middle size table with floor chairs and futons. The staff was exceptional friendly and helpful. "We had an amazing stay here. The staff went out of their way to take care of us. It is a beautiful facility. They transported us back and forth to the bus stations and the convenience store. They did a load of laundry for us as well. We rated our 2 nights in Hakone high on our list of favorites from our Japan trip. Thanks Hakone Shichifukuso for helping make great memories. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a beautiful view of Lake Ashi. The location is lovely albeit a bit more secluded/farther away, right by the lake, with Mount Fuji visible on clear days. "This is a Premium high $$$ stay, you will feel very fancy here. The private Onsen is the best I have ever had the pleasure of using (it is 1000% worth the surcharge) The only issues I had with my stay were some inconsistencies with the online posting and the english room instructions they appeared a little out of date (for example they both listed a dinner that was not available for our stay)"
