"We loved our stay! The room was quiet and comfortable. We loved the public baths and breakfast (we didn't have dinner with our room). The staff was very welcoming. There's also a shuttle from the hotel down to the bus stop in Motohakone or it's an easy 15 min walk. "

My husband and kids were behind me checking in and were told they couldn’t be there and shooed them away and then when my family moved down the hallway to wait me for me they came and asked them to move again. But no recommendation of where we would wait."
