The service is above and beyond, as our hotel manager reached out to offer us a ride from the bus stop in advance and saved us what would have been a very difficult walk uphill. He also gave us a ride to Togendai station where we were able to catch the ropeway, scenic cruise, and grab dinner. The private onsen is a perfect size for two people with beautiful forest views for a serene feel.
