"Room was excellent and very well maintained. Housekeeping staff were very helpful and punctual. The restaurant was excellent but was surprised to find out the breakfast coupons were for $10 off, not complimentary breakfast. All in all I would stay there again."

"They have free breakfast, clean room, spacious siting area, and very helpful staff. You can cook you food here as they have a well equipped kitchen. For those who want to see hilo night lava, they offer free tours also, but please remember to tip the staff. Normally tours like this cost $ 220 to 260 with tours companies in hilo"

"Property is on a beautiful location, very quiet and well maintained. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the really delicious complementary 7 course dinner. Highly recommend the property if you are looking for peace and quiet accommodations away from the busy resort locations."

"This was an amazing stay-cation!! From the beautiful property and the amazing rooms, the View, the rooms, the owners, the location, the entire stay was awesome!! Too short and I will definitely stay here again and again!! My family visiting from Montana, thought this place was just stunning and so did our local family!! Everything in the rooms and main house were fabulous!! Perfect location for going into Hilo town and definitely will look into a longer trip!! Thank you so much!! The Inn at Kulaniapia Falls

"Flies in the barn was an extreme nuisance. Uncut grass from cabin 5 to the barn was annoying. The falls was a amazing. However, be extremely careful if you take the short hike because the uneven rocks is a challenge especially if it rain (9 out 10 times it'll rain). Despite that, Jordan, Abby, & Cady (not in order) was top of line from hospitality, interaction, professionalism, tidiness, etc. & they wasn't ugly :-)"
