Crowne Plaza Hamburg - City Alster by IHG
Although a good budget business hotel - there was an issue with the heating - and the rooms very hot with no cooler fresh air - sleep quality was horrible as a result. Bed and pillows comfy - shower had great pressure for long hair, cool little Self serve snack bar was good.

Staff excellent especially reception. Always there to help and always smiling. Rooms spotless. Breakfast fresh and ample selection. We will definitely return soon !
