"Good pricing for London, located just outside of Kensington in a quite diverse neighbourhood with many interesting shops. My room was okay, everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower working, which are the most important features. There was a kettle and complimentary coffee/tea. The bathroom had the charm of an airplane toilet cabin and could use a refresher though. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"This hotel was absolutely lovely. Very central- right next to Shepherd’s Bush underground, it took about 15-20 mins if that to get to Piccadilly circus. The hotel itself is set back in a very lovely quiet area. 5 min walk to a very luxurious shopping mall. The hotel has absolutely gorgeous decor and feels so modern and yet very cosy- the comfiest nights sleep I have had in a hotel! The staff were all so friendly and could not have been kinder. We didn’t eat there at all but it was a great base to explore London. I’m really looking forward to the swimming pool being open- I’m not one to go back to the same place twice but this was so ideal and at a very good price that I can’t not come back!"

"The check in experience was excellent, everything clearly explained and very helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. A big disappointment was that on returning to the hotel at just after 11 pm the bar was closed and we were unable to have a night cap. The member of staff we spoke to was very abrupt, whereas all the other staff we had met were very engaging. This is why we have marked the hotel down, Other wise the stay was great. "

"Booked a room with 2 single beds and was given a room with 1 bed and even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door we had 3 occasions where staff freely walked in the room of a morning 1 yesterday and 2 times this morning"

"The location is very good. Close to the tube which will take you anywhere. The room was very small but to be expected. The reality is the bed was as hard as granite, only beaten by the pillows which were somehow made from reinforced concrete. When we asked for an extra pillow we were told the place was fully booked so no extra pillows were available. Same seemed true for decent towels. The toiletries were not replenished and as such we had to go to the nearby Tesco and buy our own. No big deal but why offer the product and not supply the service?? The bed linen was not changed during our 5 day stay, the room was incredibly hot with all heating turned off yet no remote for the air con was provided. We had to sleep with the windows open, however the police station is 75m down the road so you can imagine the amount of sirens during the night. The TV did not work and when advised the receptionist stated to check again the next day otherwise she would have to call a maintenance person. Couldn’t be bothered and neither could we to be honest. And no, we don’t go to London from Australia to watch TV but late at night when you get back to your room, it’s nice to relax with a bit of background noise. Also might have helped drown out the neighbours as the walls are paper thin. There are multiple hotels in the row, I’d suggest choosing one of those."

"Despite offering car parking, was not avaliable on the day due to being full so had to park at a hotel around the corner. Would have been good to let us know this ahead of time as they had an event on causing the car park to be unavailable, they would have known so a courtesy email ahead of time warning this could happen woild have been hardy"

"What a dirty room, windows didn’t lock cos the handles were broken off and left on the window ledge. The walls had foam infill to patch up cracks. The toilet ran constantly all night and the traffic noise from outside was horrendous all night. Other than that it was a real dump."
