"Lovely stay! Walking distance to lots of resto, shops, bus and tube. Very convenient place. Room is clean, just a bit tiny for the family room. I guess thats the standard in here. Anna is so thoughtful giving me a bday card and cookies. Appreciate the gesture. Would def come back!"

"My poor experience with this booking started 5 minutes after booking it,where i received a confirmation email for booking followed by another email to say i have to pay 50 pounds extra for linen which was not mentioned in the booking, so ive contacted Expedia and they adviced that i should not pay and they will get in touch.
