Hotel Keluarga di Hammersmith

"Good stay, nice hotel, attentive staff Only negative buffet breakfast only melon"

"Much improved breakfast, compared with a previous visit. Hotel room was very good."

"Sehr gute Lage für einen Städtetrip nach London. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Für das Frühstück wäre ein Raum zum Hinsitzen gut gewesen."

"Very convenient location, 5 min away from Hammersmith Bus and Tube station. Nice area, highly illuminated at night. Staff was friendly and kind."

"5th stay this year. 10/10"

"Absolutely fantastic hotel! It was the perfect location, great value and the room was spot on. Like the touch of shampoo, and a good selection of biscuits! Lady on reception was very welcoming and friendly so I would 100% return here. Thank you!"

"It was nice and okay, but the hotel is in an old creaky building so you could hear every door getting shut, people walking on the stairs and any footsteps above you."

"Tout le côté pratique d'un appartement. Attention, 3 étages sans ascenseur."

"My room was on the top floor and there were a lot of stairs. It was updated nicely but was small and you had to go through the outside bar to get to the rooms. I only saw the staff when I checked in. Not sure if anyone was there overnight, but it didn’t seem like it."

"Very good price for a one night stay. Room small but adequate as was bathroom. Noisy as window open because it was warm. Great breakfast just down the road at Farine and More."

"not safe"

"We have been working remotely and traveling for 12 months and this was literally the worst stay we’ve had. The carpet was so disgusting that we didn’t remove our shoes. The “kitchen” was bare and broken. The only redeeming quality was a good bed and clean linens."

"Convenient place for a small group to stay. Rooms were basic and beds were comfortable. Located in an area with tons of shops and dining which were a little less expensive than more central places in London. About a 10 minute walk to the tube, but plenty of busses nearby. Staff were very friendly and let us check in a bit early. Loved that we had the option to pay by cash. The rooms could do with a deep cleaning and there are no elevators, so expect to walk up a few flights of stairs. Overall...

"Ok"

"It is very convenient to the tube right opposite and so is the bus stop. The doorman were friendly and helpful. Our complaint about unruly children in the breakfast area was taken seriously. The breakfast was good but staff could not keep up with clearing and resetting tables. The dining staff were very friendly and took good care of our needs. The Singapore restaurant was a huge disappointment. The Lebanese diner across the street had better food. For a great dining experience with great food...

"The staff were exceptional, incredibly helpful and accommodating. The food and drinks at Pippin was great and great service. The room was cleaned every day before I returned and I had a great view."
