"For what you pay, this is an excellent place to stay when visiting Hereford, but it is really a room only property. It is situated a couple of miles outside Hereford, in a quiet countryside setting, so is nice to unwind at. "A friendly welcome by the staff and very attentive throughout our stay. Room 8 was excellent with plenty of space and a large bath with separate shower. Food selection was great and expertly prepared. Plenty of choices for breakfast. Good selection of drinks at the bar. Several walks from the hotel and the river Wye is only a 15 minute walk away."

"Fresh breakfast, excellent staff! Good location on the edge of the town and lots of places to cycle to, including Puzzlewood which was the main reason for our stay. But there was a mechanical banging noise (like a shoe in a tumble dryer!) from 3.30am both nights we stayed that kept me awake. The whole experience was very 'meh' and we wouldn't recommend unless you are playing golf there."

"Der Check in perAutomat war nicht möglich. Ich erhielt schon wieder keinen Check-in Code von Hotel.com. Glücklicherweise war jemand vor Ort, der uns im System fand und eincheckte. Zwar älterer Hotelkasten, aber tiptop renoviert. Unser Zimmer, da kurzfristig gebucht, war ein Zimmer für körperlich beeinträchtigte Menschen und daher komfortabel gross und barrierefrei.
