"Staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Breakfast options were minimal compared to other places. The price was reasonable. We would stay here again if going through Birmingham. "

"The breakfast was excellent. We were disappointed that the restaurant in the hotel was closed until Tuesday (and it says open every day). That was one reason we chose the hotel - thought we could have a drink and unwind for the evening. The front desk staff could not recommend any good restaurants nearby - which always amazes me that they don't know the area. The pullout couch was actually very comfortable. However the mattress pad and blanket were dirty so we had to request a new one and...

"We have dogs so he gave us a dog room. I guess that just means they clean as minimally as possible and don’t do any up keep on the room. Ive never stayed in a more run down hotel room. The sheets were clean though and the front desk guy was very nice. Also the parking lot/other guests seemed sketch. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"I only ate the complimentary breakfast once while I stayed there. It was a very good breakfast. My room was nice, although my sheets were never changed. I only "allowed" housekeeping in my room once. They left it clean, but did not replace the coffee, so I only had coffee there once. (There was still the decaf coffee left) I would definately stay there again. "

"This is my 2nd visit to this Fairfield Inn Cullman, AL. Once for a wedding and this time for a volleyball tournament. I love the location, the cleanliness, the breakfast and the front desk staff! Thank you for another enjoyable stay! "

"This was an overnight stop on a trip to the coast. Adequate and safe, breakfast was typical waffles/cereal/sausage and eggs and was located close to restaurants, Walmart, etc. As with most places there aren’t enough staff. Standard Room was clean and very comfortable. A good value. "

"Check in easy, room was clean. We were on the road for 12 hours very tired. We went to bed around 8 at 11:45 pm approximately -my spouse woke me the smoke alarm above was making a loud “ thud-thud,” etc & steady noise it was leaking water, carpet wet tried to call and phone totally dead. Had to use my phone to call front desk. The guy asked me what to do I said go upstairs above our room see why water is coming thru the smoke alarm onto our floor. We were so tired and had to get up and leave...

"Clean room, very friendly and professional staff, breakfast fresh and hot, parking was very easy. Very safe feeling due to having to come and go through the lobby. Definitely will stay again when back in that area. The only thing I wouldn’t give 5 stars for is the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Very strong coconut smell. That’s just me, though. I’m not a fan of coconut scented things but forgot my conditioner lol other than that little thing, it was great! 😊😊"
