"I wanted to be close enough to the airport that I didn’t have to get transportation and that was the case. It was a little confusing at first when I arrived late at night in a strange airport with a lot of luggage but eventually the taxi service in the airport gave me the simple instructions as to how to find the hotel accommodations. "I think the property could be managed better. There was no fridge in the room which was very inconvenient - I wanted to keep my drinks cold but couldn't. The bathroom amenities were very basic and no bath salts, soap by the bath area for example. The room balcony should be cleaned daily- it is full of pigeon poop. "The manor house and estate was spectacular. We were a little disappointed in that we booked to stay in this wonderful manor, but upon arrival we were told that our room was located in a small house on the property about 400yards from the manor house by the entrance gate. It was referred to at the "lodge" Reception staff were efficient, but not exactly friendly. The breakfast was exceptional."
