The most I dislike about this hotel are the deposit policy, and also it’s very inconvenient for you to get back the room. It’s super long hallway. Usually other 5 stars hotel they will return your deposit money right way once I check out the room. But this hotel, it takes while. I have to called in and asked. It’s not make sense at all. Once the guest leave the hotel , they should not hold the deposit money.

绿化好。安静。但酒店一直在施工，本来应该很安静的地方却变得非常吵闹。而且在院子里工作的人员大声说话也很吵，这是本次比较意外和遗憾的地方。外出有些不方便，特别是购物和做核酸较远。但去公园比较近，适合散步。另外酒店对残疾人设施还不够，比如轮椅数量不够，且比较旧，有的甚至坏了。希望能得到改善。

I have never been more uncomfortable in a hotel room in my life. The air conditioning was not yet turned on despite the blazing temperatures. My room ended up being 33 Celsius at one point. The staff tried to help by bringing a fan but it did not do much.

放鬆度假的好地方

杭州西溪喜來登度假大酒店鄰近西溪國家濕地公園, 如果要去這遊玩就方便，因為走路可到, 酒店位於園林中, 最高五層樓, 是度假的好地方，房間大床房床也十分大，每間房獨立向園林, 而我和朋友在聖誕節入住, 早餐也在酒店，在這裡度過了難忘聖誕節。由於比較效區，所以兩晚入住後也沒有離開，而玩了一天西溪國家濕地公園。
