"Couldn’t fault the hotel. Hotel had all amenities and done beautifully. The cabana bar/pool was a great place to arrive back to each night and food/drink of top quality and staff throughout hotel kept an impeccable standard. Chocolate hour was a lovely touch and great choice including a chocolate fountain. A few minutes out from old quarter but Grab taxi’s took 5 minutes (c£1). Wouldn’t think twice ti book again if went back to Hanoi. "

"We were welcome by a lovely lady at Check-In desk, the staffs was very helpful with extremely helpful service. The hotel is located in central Hanoi very close to hoan kiem lake and convenient for dinning and night walking street on Friday to Sunday."
