"The restaurant was understaffed and the food tasted as if it was straight out of a box. The sauce on the lasagna tasted like chef boyardee sauce. Very disappointing."

"This room is priced for attendees of conferences, not for its intrinsic quality. It was a good room, but not a $500 room. Very small, crooked paintings, lots of noise from the street, paper cups and Keurig instead of real cups and Nespresso, only one of the elevators working, but very very slow, no valet, etc. I was on the 3rd floor, which is at the level of the gym and walkway across the street from the hotel so everybody who was gym-ing or walking was looking directly into my room."
