"We were extremely disappointed in how poor the cleanliness was of our room. The bedding was stained and had hair on it that wasn't ours. The towels were also stained. The shower curtain was filthy at the bottom and had boogers on it. The worst part was that immediately after entering the room, and entering the bathroom, we noticed an item sitting on top of the light fixture. We tried to see what it was and a glass tube that looked to be drug paraphernalia fell onto the floor and shattered. We...

"This hotel was very well maintained and clean, and it felt better than a typical 2-star hotel. The ambiance was pleasant, the rooms were spotless, and the mattress was comfortable and in excellent condition. The complimentary breakfast was decent. Although the hotel is slightly outside the city, it offers great convenience with amenities such as gas stations, Subway, Tim Hortons, and Taco Bell all within walking distance. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"We spent the night with a group of friends celebrating a birthday. From checking in to checking out the staff was amazing. The restaurant staff especially the twin bartenders provided fabulous service and we’re very friendly. All the food was great and we enjoyed our time listening to the band at night.
