"While the location is convenient, the cleanliness of our room was appalling. It was extremely dusty—from the bed and shelves to the carpets and upholstery. The furniture was visibly stained, and we even found crumbs from the previous guest on the chairs. Most shockingly, the floor was filthy; it clearly hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned, as it was covered in dust, crumbs, and old coffee stains. This level of neglect is unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. We expected far better standards."

"We had a staycation, the hotel was excellent with stylish rooms and all the comforts you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. The rooftop bar served great cocktails with an impressive view of the city. Highly recommend. "

"Our room smelled like cigarette smoke...very disappointing. They offered to move us, but we were unpacked. Housekeeping was not in out room until close to 4 pm the next day. Overall, we expected a bit more. "

"Lokasi ok. Hanya saja kadang mereka tidak bersihkan dengan baik. Contoh dari 2 kamar dalam satu apartment yang dibersihkan hanya 1 kamar saja. Sabun mandi dalam 7 hari cuma dikasih 2x itupun karena kt minta. "

"Location of the hotel was great, easy to get around. The only problem was, the hotel is next to a railway, and you could hear some train noise. The noise was there but not that bad, I could still sleep. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious.. living room is kind of small. Cleaness could be better, we found stain on one of the bed’s linen. Other than that, it was clean."

"we stayed at 26th floor and the view is wonderfull. we were there during winter and strong wind. The was a cracking noise nonstop on the ceiling during strong wind. besides that everything is perfect"

"Large and spacious but there was no ac in the bedroom but fans were provided as the space got so hot during the day. Great location & early checkin. Amazing views of the city."

"Staffs were great. Room just so so. Double bed is barely fit 2 adults. Location is perfect for tourist. Only downside is house keeping didnt renew dental kits, we stay for 5days. And doesnt give enough shower gels and shampoo"
