"They never replied to my messages beforehand, when I emailed and even tried to ring quite a few times. However, it was quite comfortable and up to expectations. On checking into the room, and getting in there, though, I tried to turn on the TV but it was blaring and the remote control didn't work. I tried to ring reception but the phone wasn't working. Went all the way down to reception with the remote control in hand, to see if they could put a new battery in, then and there, but they said to just put it back in room and they'd come up and fix it, later on, even if I was out. They did fix the remote control as in it seemed to work, at least to turn it straight off, but I never bothered with the TV after that. Breakfast was free, as they said, for my booking, and it was better than I expected. Quite pleased. I enjoyed the city views, out the window. Lovely!"
