"The hotel is in a great location, and although the facilities are somewhat dated, they are generally well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, the check-in process could be improved. There was a very long line, so having more support for self check-in would make a big difference. I also didn’t have a great experience at the casino. The dealer was not very welcoming to beginners, and I had hoped to give my parent an enjoyable first casino experience, but it ended up being disappointing. A manager kindly apologized, which I appreciated, but not everyone is experienced, so a more beginner-friendly approach would greatly improve the overall experience."

"The room was dirty and the valet and the front desk employees were absolutely horrific when we first checked in the restaurant. Staff was really great for all the different restaurants, but the toilet in our room was not even attached to the wall and every time somebody from the room behind us would sit on the toilet in their room our toilet would shift and shake and lift into the air. It was absolutely ridiculous. I found a hair on the bed and a hair in the shower. It was very gross. "
