"The staff was great , especially Michelle and Robert. They need to rethink what type of furniture is needed in each room. For example there was only one kitchen chair and one os chair. I was there for 3 days with my wife and we couldn't sit together to have a meal. To watch tv , I had to sit on the bed and my wife had to sit on the os chair. They don't clean the room at all. We had to take out the trash when we checked out. You don't get clean towels everyday, you have to ask for them....

"El baño estaba muy sucio olía mucho a orina! La tina tenía manchas de mo el sink de la cocina estaba muy sucio se le veía una capa negra por donde se va el agua.. los muebles están muy deteriorados. Algo muy bueno el la comida se me hizo excelente La parte de afuera de las habitaciones muy bonito súper limpio y así esperas ver la habitación y te decepcionas al entrar nuevo por fuera viejo por dentro volvería a quedarme aquí no lo sé buscaría mejores opciones"

"Why you see on the pictures is not what you get ! I booked for 2 days thinking I was going to have my best 55th bday. But it was a joke ! No ventilation in the bathroom or AC unless if you leave the door open. Shower was mounted facing my face not above. Plumbing fitting were loose in the shower. Say the least at 6 am Saturday I booked a room at wynn and we stayed there the rest of stay in Vegas !!"

"Rooms were very well kept, clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable and things were quiet and felt safe. The overall property is dated. The courtyard was in disrepair, but that was partially due to the hotel being a host hotel for a major outdoor festival and we arrived on the heels of it. It’s worth finding another destination for breakfast. For the price point this was a good hotel."

"The hotel is under construction, so appearance wise it wasn't great. The rooms were clean and decent. The layout of the bathroom and sink area was annoyingly small and inconvenience. Not having breakfast option on the weekend wasn't great not sure why they offer it on the weekdays and not the weekends. Staff was great."

"I liked the Denny's upstairs,, so I didn't have to go outside in the heat. The Denny's restaurant was clean and food was good. I stayed over night to fly out the next morning. Room was nice and clean. Gift shop ok with snacks and drinks,, Casino was kinda small. Didn't play any machines,, Great location to drive direct to airport was reason for checking in here."
