This property gets a 5/5 the room was clean the staff was on-site 24/7 cleaning. Bed could use some updating but overall perfect for the price. The only downside is yes its Las Vegas and alot of homeless around the property they dont mess with guest alot of police presence in the area.

We were passing through Vegas on a road trip. I booked a 3 twin room for my family of 5. We got 2 twins and 2 single cot beds pushed together - Not what we paid for. There was no hot water, shower curtain was dirty, and we had to request maintenance come to the room because shower drain was plugged. The pool was nice but you have to walk through the side parking lot to access it. Not that big of a deal but there was groups of random men in the parking lot drinking and playing loud Mexican music until the early hours of the morning which the hotel seemed to allow. We stayed here again on our way back through Vegas the following week because it was pre-booked and non-refundable. We got the room we paid for this time. There was still no hot water and the cable didn't work. The front desk wasn't able to help. We took the kids out to the pool to see it hadn't been maintained. I spent 20 minutes scooping bugs out before the kids could get in.

I gave 4 stars because the room and hotel in general was clean, secure, and the staff was very friendly. The kitchen could use some descent pans and the couch was really small and uncomfortable. We couldn't get the tv to work when we got there so tried to call down to the front desk but it didn't work either, so I walked down and they said they would have maintenance come up but they never showed up. I finally figured out the tv was a loose wire, so we just had to make sure it stayed plugged in when we moved the tv. The drains were partially plugged so we bought some liquid plumber that helped. The location was okay; it's off the strip which is what we were looking for but it is next to a social services help center so there were a few homeless people in the area, but we didn't have any problems, and it was quiet. They do allow pets and we ended up with some yappy little dog next to us which was a bit annoying every time we walked by the door or sat on the couch to relax. If you stay here, I would recommend bringing a bag with dish soap (if you don't want to use the dish washer every night which is the only kitchen soap they provide), salt and pepper, cooking spray, paper towels/napkins, a scrubber sponge for washing dishes or any little stuff you might need for cooking and cleaning up, they provide very little which is understandable. They have vending machines with some items that you may have forgotten. Overall, it was good for a lower budget hotel in Vegas.

Overall, the rooms were good size. The pool needs a little bit better maintaining, and I think the only downside that I saw to this place was on one of our nights we came in and there was a lady passed out and in the morning around eight in the morning, there was a police and ambulance. I had to come remover with security, so coming into the facility late at night and stumbling upon that and there was nobody there at the desk to help with the situation. We just went to our room, but overall, it was a decent day. I mean, there’s always incident they’re out of control.
