The room is spacious. The kitchen has plates and utensils for two and is clean; however, there are no dish soap and a sponge. The shower has a small container of shampoo and a small solid body soap. The bed has only thin sheets, no blanket. It was warm weather, and we needed to turn on the air conditioning when we stayed, so it was fine with no blanket. I can hear people talking from the hallway through the door, but maybe quieter than the casino hotel (?) because fewer people come in and out of the room in the middle of the night, but smells xxx everywhere (well, ... it's Vegas). Overall, we liked the stay, and Target, grocery stores, restaurants, and the Vegas Strip are close by; however, it's in a sketchy area.

Room was clean, but towels had stains, porcelain chipped in sinks/tub, fridge light out, lamp bulb out, etc. No weights in “gym”, lots of transients hanging around building (shelter next door), weed smell permeated area, overall didn’t feel safe or clean.

La habitación por 2 noches me costaba 426 dolares 2 hrs. Antes de entrar me retiraron 206 cuando fui a registrarme para entrar y me volvieron a cobrar 206 más 226 más 100 dolares de depósito en total me cobraron 638 fui a reclamar y me dijeron que los 100 del depósito me los iban a reembolsar pero los 206 no 😡

Hotel is in the middle of renovation. The room was not mopped as our white socks instantly turned black. The fridge was dirty as well as the shower and the bathroom sink. The bathroom sink was black and had mold all over it. Definitely not a place to stay with kids. The rooms are definitely not as described. All the furniture is old and the beds are not confortable at all.

Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. STAY AWAY! They will charge you $25 each for any stain even if it was already there and even charge you if you dirty the floor matt in the restroom. Upon checking in, there was a couple that they were trying to charge and accusing to have left what they called “blood or coffee stain” on their sheet. It was a scene as they couldn't provide a higher up to speak about the problem, but knowing that they charge for little stains, I brought in my own bed sheet and pillows to cover theirs. I did not even used any of their pillows but they still wanted to charge me $25 for a small stain on one of the pillow case that has already been stained! And $25 for dirtying the floor mat that you step on going in and out of the shower! Like they dont want you to use any of the things in the room. What kinda hotel is this, OCD HOTEL?! Seems like this is an ongoing problem with a lot of ppl. I would stay elsewhere if you want a stress free vacation.

So, I had a bit of a rough time at this hotel. The men’s and women’s restrooms were locked with a combination lock, and when I asked the check-in person where the nearest restroom was, he told me to use the one in my room. Our room was #248, upstairs and down a long hallway. By the time I got there, I had wet my pants! This needs to be addressed immediately. Older travelers need to have an operable restroom near the registration desk after a long road trip. I believe that they labeled restrooms out of service just because they did want to service them. The out-of-service labels on the restrooms were permanent and not temporary in nature. I noticed the sign on the breakfast area and wanted to confirm the breakfast hour as clearly labeled on the door. The check-in person said, "We only have coffee for breakfast. No continental or hot breakfast." As we approached our room, I noticed the presence of a terrible smell. I found that it was coming from the stairwell across from our room. There was a huge collection of rotting garbage which must have been stored there for several days. And that wasn’t all! When I wanted to use the kitchen towel, it was dirty with a big black spot and hadn’t been cleaned. To top it off, the TV remote didn’t work. This hotel was overpriced, considering its filthy condition, amenities, and unsafe surrounding area. I have stayed in resort hotels which were similar in price, including resort fees. I won’t be staying here again. I want my money back.

Dirty, wasnt initially clean. No service at all in the 4 days I was there. I asked for new towels and stuff and they told me to bring them to the front for a one for one exchange, as if otherwise I'd steal them. If I had wanted to do my own laundry, I could have stayed home. Homeless help place right next door...homeless folks camping out in the parking lot right next to my rental car. Never again.

The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, even overnight. There was a constant knocking sound above us that kept us up all night. The room was quite large but they shoved the bed into the corner making it difficult to get out of bed on the far side when there was tons of room to move the bed.
