"Still very new so there wasn’t a lot of stuff and we were the only people on the property so the service wasn’t the best in terms of quality. The property was clean but maybe a little unkept because of the lack of traction/traffic. Felt safe "

"The hotel was too far from Montego Bay, a vehicle suppose to pick you up from the airport and it wasn’t one, A vehicle supposed to take you to the airport from the hotel and it wasn’t one. So please be careful booking this hotel."

"The Staff was amazing and very helpful. The Room was always stocked and cleaned, whenever I needed assistance or service for the room delivery was prompt. There were lots of entertainment, the food was good with several options- loved the hibachi and pier 8. The coffee shop is one of the best amenities. My nieces and nephews had a blast. The only downside was the check in process as the room was unavailable resulting in a longer wait time to get settled in. Looking forward to my next visit."

"My father and I recently returned from a stay at Sandcastles - and I would wholeheartedly recommend the resort to anyone looking for a very friendly, local, and down-to-earth stay! As we first arrived, check-in was quite simple and staff was very friendly and swift to help us learn. Every day&night the resort had great food options either up top at the Silver Sands restaurant, or at the bar near the pool; the Castle Blu, with good drinks and great staff at both locations! "The view from the balcony was beautiful. The property is old and unkept. I was afraid to lay on the bed. Bugs everywhere and the shower didn’t drain. Would not recommend."

"The Property Need lots of Repairs, Their are broken tiles on floors, broken glass table in room, the gas Stove is rusted and burners are burnt out ,bathroom facet not right for that sink, when turned on it is sprays over the Floor and the shower head sprays incorrectly. The entrance doors and patio doors need adjusted, There are mold on entrance floors and walls, there are repairs needed on the whole property!"

"Our 7 night stay was great! The room was clean, the location is walking distance to everything and it has 24 hour security. Our host made sure we had everything we needed and was only a text away if we had any questions. Highly recommend if you want to experience Jamaica and its culture. We will be back "

"We stayed at the Marine view for 10 nights. First impressions the hotel seemed a bit tired and in need of some TLC, however the staff were accommodating and helpful and the hotel was in a good location with easy access to the main attractions. The area may seem a little sketchy at first but we had no issues walking about. The restaurant served very nice food the price was inline with other prices in the area.
