"TV broken, no bedding for hide a bed, did not respond to 2 messages asking for them to fix it."

"great variety on the menus. we enjoyed our stay. My only negative comment is related to the loud conversations of our neighbors on the balcony two days and also a couple were sitting by the fire pits while they were on a phone call that they put on speaker. These incidents made our time relaxing on the balcony less enjoyable."

I encountered multiple cockroaches in the room; alarmingly, one even crawled on my leg at 10:00 AM. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness for the rate charged. The private " beach: is a strip of sand over rock leading to a ledge of rocky access to the water. When room cleaning was requested, no new sheets, no sweeping the floor. "It was great! The location was good - could walk across the street to the beach. And the shuttle service was awesome - took us to and from the airport and to and from downtown! The room was cute and the restaurant was a little pricey but easy and all foods the kids liked 😊"

"The whole house has been renovated to original 1880’s. Gorgeous wood floors, transoms above the doors. Air conditioning in each room. Lovely porches to hang out on and watch the world go by. Staff gave us great recommendations on where to eat. The Hemingway museum is only 2 blocks walk. The Conch house is in the heart of old town. Lovely Breakfast each morning! Bathrooms are modern. I highly recommend this property! "

Couldn’t go to the front desk because they were gone already. Had to call the emergency number to get someone to get a correct key. Had to wait 35 minutes for the key man to arrive.
