"Room was tiny , dirty floors, broken ceiling fan, no elevators working all stay, front desk never answerred phone. A Motel 6 at Hyatt priced . RUN , "

"Overall it was a great place to stay the food options were limited on where you could walk to you have to uber to downtown for almost anything but if you like peace and quiet this place can’t be beat "

"Amazing stay!!! Only complaint was the shower was not draining so we were standing in our own filfth. Brought attention to the front desk and they were going to send someone up. However, the problem did not get fixed and was not even attempted. Pool area was amazing!"

"great variety on the menus. we enjoyed our stay. My only negative comment is related to the loud conversations of our neighbors on the balcony two days and also a couple were sitting by the fire pits while they were on a phone call that they put on speaker. These incidents made our time relaxing on the balcony less enjoyable."

"Said the front desk was open till 7. Arrived and 20 till and no one was there. Put my key in the late arrival box and the key didn’t work. Couldn’t go to the front desk because they were gone already. Had to call the emergency number to get someone to get a correct key. Had to wait 35 minutes for the key man to arrive. Was late for a reception because of this. When I explained what happened to the front desk the next morning the response from the gentleman at the front desk was “...

"Lovely accommodation. Staff really attentive. Love the quaintness of the gardens to sit and relax . Set Away from the hustle and bustle but only a short walk to Duval street. Love the idea of the snack station /drink station. Really lovely touch. Breakfast all cooked fresh and plentiful. Thank you would definitely recommend and study again if we were visiting the keys . "
