"When we go to Sutter Creek we usually stay at the hotel Sutter and have enjoyed it. This trip however did't go near as well. Check in was fine, but the girl was a bit confused on some items, such as, that in the morning there would be muffins and things and coffee starting at 6am - didn't happen. As we were settling into our room a cockroach ran across the carpet (I did tell front desk). Wasn't clear where the ice machine was, but eventually found it. "It was an amazing stay, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the outside was amazing, the locals were incredibly friendly, the music room was awesome and I definitely recommend everyone to give this hotel a chance, it was probably my favorite one to stay at and given the beautiful surrounding areas makes it that much better"

"This place was amazing 10 stars! Very clean and welcoming lobby. Outside was very well maintained. A quick ride in the elevator to the second floor and wa-la, walked into a beautiful and inviting room. Could barely hear our neighbors TV, but the hotel was complete silence at 9pm. "A lot of the furniture was damaged or straight up broken. The shower head was leaking from the actual shower head (not the connection). The beds were horrendous - uncomfortable and felt unstable. There was hair all over the bathroom. The breakfast was okay, but almost zero gluten free options."
