"This was our first day at a Drury Inn, and we will definitely be back! Such a pleasant surprise. The property was very nicely designed and decorated our room was clean and included a mini fridge and microwave. The staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful from Tamika, our front desk receptionist to Florence, the manager and Jin a customer service rep.We were also very surprised. That they provided a free dinner, which was such a treat after 12 hours in the car. I would recommend a stay at this hotel to my friends and family and to you as well. Hope you enjoy your stay there!"

"The staff was friendly and the room was very clean but child my mind could not get pass the layout. I have never stood in a hotel with outside doors and I watch way to much crime docs and the layout looks like all of the motels on crime shows so this is a me thing. I could not sleep."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt House Charlotte Center City! From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I asked if there were any complimentary upgrades available, and they graciously upgraded us to a beautiful corner suite with a balcony, floor-to-ceiling windows, a separate living room, and a spacious bathroom. It made our girls’ getaway feel extra special. The complimentary breakfast was great, and the location was perfect for walking to restaurants and exploring Uptown. We also really appreciated the late checkout, which let us enjoy our morning without feeling rushed. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the lobby wasn’t working, so it was a little warm when coming and going. Other than that, our stay was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We’d definitely stay here again."

"I was very impressed by the Omni. Great views from the room and very clean. The pool area is relaxing with a huge tv screen and bar (open on weekends I believe). Everything you need is at the hotel as the lobby is attached to a mall that has many food options. The only thing I would add is another hook for towels in the bathrooms and make sure you get to the pool early as the lounge chairs fill up on weekends. All in all though it was a lovely stay and already thinking about booking again!"

"The Moxy Hotel was absolutely beautiful! I loved the modern design, the unique artwork, and the overall vibe of the hotel. From the moment we arrived, it had a fun and welcoming atmosphere. The bar was one of my favorite parts of the experience. I thought it was a great touch that they give guests complimentary tokens for their first drink. The food was delicious. We ordered the Korean chicken wings and the Bang Bang shrimp, and both were full of flavor. The cocktails were just as impressive. During our stay, they were hosting a karaoke event, which added to the lively atmosphere. The rooftop was breathtaking. It offered beautiful views of Charlotte’s skyline and had games like cornhole and foosball, making it a fun place to hang out. If you’re looking for a quieter moment, it’s also the perfect place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the city views. We did have a small issue with our room, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally. They were friendly, accommodating, and made sure everything was taken care of, which we truly appreciated. The only downside was the parking. Valet is the only option offered by the hotel, and I do think there should be a discounted rate or complimentary valet for overnight guests. Instead, we chose to park using Charlotte’s public parking, which worked well for us. Overall, we had an excellent stay and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. I would definitely recommend the Moxy Hotel!"
