I guess the earplugs provided in the room was the first indication that it was going to be a long sleepless night. The room and beds would have been better enjoyed without the trains!"

We paid the bill, was charged $20.00 for incidentals, which we never buy anything there. First trip, was given a room that supposed to be ready. Nope, opened the door and 2 people were in bed! "I never write reviews, but this time I feel it is necessary! The receptionist at check in was awesome and the coffee in the lobby was delicious! At first glance the room is as pictured in the app. The building is secure, as you need your key card to open the outside doors. But that is the extent of the positive aspects of this hotel! The location is convenient, especially if you want to be close to shopping and restaurants around Hamilton Place.
