"Arriving with the hotel car park fully closed due to filming was poor. No communication from the hotel before my arrival either. Obviously a lot of filming going on and wagons everywhere. Impossible to park and the roads close by were permit only. Wagons were being loaded and loud banging and shouting into the early hours made sleep impossible."

"We spent two nights in room 106. The hotel itself is lovely. The room was nicely furnished, spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is ideally located for exploring Harrogate and the staff were friendly. There was a good food selection for breakfast, we enjoyed the bar for a drink and we also had a delicious evening meal in the restaurant. Unfortunately however, we had two bad nights sleep. The room was uncomfortably hot, even though the August temperature had dropped...

"The tv in the studio is too high on the wall, difficult to watch."

"We were given a room that backed on to road works that started at 8am there was a whole side of the hotel that didn’t, and it was very clear that these were not all occupied. There could also have been a fan in the room as it was very hot in the middle of the night, it was relatively cool compared to how the weather has been and so would have expected it to be in there rather than thinking we needed to go to reception at 3am."
