"On opening our room door my wife and I thought nice, however after a while we decided it was not as nice as we thought, lots of cobwebs and cracks in the walls a refurbished is needed. We both had little sleep as in the early hours of the night we heard loud drilling noise as if someone was working nearby. The breakfast was nothing to write home about everything was put on the plate so your toast became soggy and only the middle was buttered, service was poor."

"We stayed here before but things gone downhill. The breakfast was not that hot. We had a AV car. Non EV cars were parked in the Charging points. The staff said they could match registration numbers to guests. I asked them to put a note on their windscreen. Nothing done. Very annoying. No mirror in dressing table. Small attentions to details gone x. Staff were on the surface great x"

"The property was fine, staff could’ve been a bit more friendly, room was a bit smelly throughout. Mould everywhere in the bathroom."

"Breakfast was very limited, but cheap. Restaurants were not open which was annoying because it was a major factor in choosing the hotel. I had no car and after travelling all day and being a single female I didn't fancy walking into town for food, therefore had to order takeaway. However, room was adequate and bed was very comfortable so at least I slept well."

"Very bad experience. It's not a 4 starts hotel, it's just an overpriced AirBnB, no breakfast, no services at all. Also rude staff who didn't provide any info about the property and surroundings. The check-in consisted in a rude woman who handed the key, rushed us into the room and left. They didn't even provide the wifi password. This is not the way to treat guests. To avoid at all costs, despite the beautiful location."
