"Disgraceful! Didn’t stay as there was no one at the property at 9:15pm arrival. Tried phoning them throughout the day to confirm and left voicemails. Zero response. 12:30 now next day still zero response. At 10pm a random guy pulled into the car park and asked if I was lost. He then offered me to stay in his home. Whole experience was dodgy. I booked and stayed elsewhere in the area later. "

"Very bad experience. It's not a 4 starts hotel, it's just an overpriced AirBnB, no breakfast, no services at all. Also rude staff who didn't provide any info about the property and surroundings. The check-in consisted in a rude woman who handed the key, rushed us into the room and left. They didn't even provide the wifi password. This is not the way to treat guests. To avoid at all costs, despite the beautiful location."

Unfortunately our twin room was like an outbuilding in the car park and very cold (radiators didn’t work) with a lamp not working and a spot lamp flashing on and off. Reported to staff and they put an electric radiator in the room which took the chill off. They said they’d have to get an electrician out re the lighting problems. "We stayed here after a visit to Bletchley Park. Lovely clean rooms with everything you need for a comfortable nights sleep. Great food and drinks at reasonable prices and both our evening meals and breakfast very high quality. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "

Sheets seemed clean but I found hair that wasn’t mine around the room. My biggest complaint though isn’t with the hotel itself but instead the restaurant within the hotel.
