"Booked in advance so good value. Plenty of free parking; registration plate is required with check-in. The man on reception was efficient and friendly. Hallway to room was clean and smelt fresh. Room had desk, two chairs, storage/hanging space, TV, was clean, neat and tidy with comfortable beds. A kettle with coffee tea facilities were provided. Shower was all good but the loose toilet roll holder was annoying. It’s in services so some food/drink facilities available. Less than 10 minute drive...

"The hotel looked good on the web but I had some doubts, partly from other peoples comments. I shouldn't have worried, it is one of the best places we have stayed in during months of travel. Unlike some chain hotels there's no deferred maintenance. It's really tidy and everything works well. It was a great base with park and ride and the M11 both very close.
