"I think they need better quality control. We got into our room late at night and everything looked nice until my son pulled back the sheets. There were small blood stains like some one picked a scab or something and got blood on the sheets. Disgusting. Had to go downstairs and have staff give us new bedding since it was late we could not find a different hotel. When you find something like this it makes you doubt the cleanliness of the whole place."

"They work all day to keep this place clean & unlike other indoor pool/hotel facilities this one does not overwhelmingly chlorinate your sinuses. Beds are comfy, plenty of pillows, not stingy on towels and washcloths, ac works great, food in restaurant is good, the slide is so fun, the hot tub is huge. This is our second time staying here and we will stay again when we’re back in the area. Only issue we had was the hours of food/drink availability. Not being able to buy drinks at the front desk...

"Compact fridge was advertised, but the room had no refrigerator. The bathroom faucet, the entire fixture, lifted when the handle was raised to turn the water on, and it flopped around a bit. The white bath towel I unfolded had big black stains on it. I'm sure it was washed, but it should have been removed from circulation because it just didn't look clean. The corner shower had an easy-to-clean wide threshold, but it was not wiped down. The bed had a a top and bottom sheet, but no bedspread...
