"Really quirky and comfortable B&B with the most amazing hosts. We were made to feel so welcome and Anna makes the best ever homemade cookies! My friend is gluten and dairy free and Iain and Anna could not have been more accommodating. Excellent breakfast, comfy and very clean rooms. Sorry we only stayed one night! "

"Easy to find. Carpark was semi secure. The room was very clean. Was in a disabled room. But no emergency cords. The hotel has a separate restaurant. Not the cheapest. But food and services were excellent. "

"New construction business hotel in downtown within walking distance of all sights. Good air conditioning.Wall to wall carpet in hallways and rooms. Good service .Lively neighborhood outside along the water but no noise at least in room at the side and back. Ideal tourist location. Would definitely stay again."

"The location of the hotel is perfect , literally on the doorstep of Lincoln Cathedral and the castle. Parking is opposite to the hotel - although it is a public car park and a fee charged by meter upto 24hour parking available. The hotel itself is lovely, well presented and very clean. "Sofisticated elegant clean and very comfortable. Beautiful rooms with extra lounge rooms with second TV. Lovely showers. Breakfast was simple but fresh well presented and clean. Bars comfy and reasonable prices. Lovely outdoor area with a Stokes Tea room selling lovely food. Amazing Tapas restaurant opposite and a nice pub too.
