"Given room by road side and told it met my request for a quiet room. No hot water"

"Easy to find. Carpark was semi secure. The room was very clean. Was in a disabled room. But no emergency cords. The hotel has a separate restaurant. Not the cheapest. But food and services were excellent. "

"The parking was great as it was for 24hrs and I was only there for one night so could leave my car there while I had an explore. Great location to walk into town. I didn’t have breakfast, room was quite dark with no proper window but I think that was reflected in the price. I was impressed with everything else. "

"The location of the hotel is perfect , literally on the doorstep of Lincoln Cathedral and the castle. Parking is opposite to the hotel - although it is a public car park and a fee charged by meter upto 24hour parking available. The hotel itself is lovely, well presented and very clean. The restaurant area is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. I really thought the breakfast was outstanding and very tasty with a large selection on the menu. "New construction business hotel in downtown within walking distance of all sights. Good air conditioning.Wall to wall carpet in hallways and rooms. Good service .Lively neighborhood outside along the water but no noise at least in room at the side and back. Ideal tourist location. Would definitely stay again."

"Sofisticated elegant clean and very comfortable. Beautiful rooms with extra lounge rooms with second TV. Lovely showers. Breakfast was simple but fresh well presented and clean. Bars comfy and reasonable prices. Lovely outdoor area with a Stokes Tea room selling lovely food. Amazing Tapas restaurant opposite and a nice pub too.
