"I have been to Chicago many times, but this is the first time at the Hyatt Regency. From the staff to the amenities it was outstanding!!! Highly recommend staying here if you are planning on coming to this wonderful city!"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful! The only complaint is that the beds were kind of hard. Everything else was perfection!"

"A very convenient location, atmosphere was amazing and walkable to the area. I like how the elevators to the rooms are not easily accessible to the public. I would say the outside noise was a bother."

"Everything I was good"

"Parking is the only issue with the locations. Options are limited with no in/out usability unless you valet park."
