"Reasonable price and good parking even for U-Haul truck"

"if you just want to go to sleep the hotel is fine. HOWEVER, we stayed for a few days and had to recycle the same towels because they didn't have any extra. The TV cable was unplugged and also needed to be on a specific channel to work, everytime you turned it on. Some amenities that were supposed to be in the room were not, the shower water seemed to be on a timer so we had to shower together and quickly for fear of having no water. The walls are extremely thin. I could here the people outside...

"Telephone and TV did not work. You would assume that this issue would have been identified before the room was rented again. We were never informed about the status. When we went to front desk the next day we were told they couldn't reach us!! Well - that was because the phone in the room wasn't working " because of a problem in the box". Ugh"

"The hotel is in a great location in Chicago. It is a massive big hotel. A bit outdated but room was clean and bed was very comfortable. For some reason it was not cleaned or serviced every day. Overall, had a good stay."

"Hotel has a great location just 1/2 block from Michigan Ave super close to the Harry Potter store and Starbucks Roastery. We used public transport like the bus (1/2 block) and red line (maybe 4 blocks) to visit everywhere we needed. There is a Walgreen just 2 blocks up the street to pick up any essentials you may have forgotten. The staff is very kind from the front desk, to the cleaning person, to the breakfast servers and the concierge (Lynette?). Our room was bigger than we thought and gave...
