"Good price, parking was a good perk, and staff were all helpful and friendly. However the hotel looks very tired - my room had broken fixtures & sockets, ripped dated furniture, and no hot water in the morning. The bar had ants crawling over trays & cat vomit on the carpet. I wasn’t expecting luxury for the price but it was a bit grim"

"We arrived at 6:30pm and were told there was not a room for us. The staff were unable to help and unwilling to provide more information on who owns the hotel. I strongly suspect the hotel does not comply with heath and safety rules.
We received a refund from Expedia, but I would not have any confidence in receiving a refund directly from the hotel.

"Ideal as a HMO for down and outs. Very outdated decor, including furniture that should have been thrown out in the seventies. The windows do not shut properly, single glazing, so you could hear the crackheads arguing on the green opposite. Very narrow staircase, which was a struggle with large suitcases and no lift. No bar or restaurant facilities.
The room had a lightshade missing from one bedside lamp, a loose toilet seat and chips missing from the shower floor.
