I was locked out my apartment because key card didn’t work the gate key battery low I had to buy my own no reimburse for that I gave 235 in us cash all I got back was 75$ where is the rest smh I will never stay here again that’s place is just wrong for that

S Hotel Kingston
Room was on point. Front desk staff was excellent. The welcome drink was a nice touch. Breakfast made the stay worth the while. Only once we greeted a staff member in the elevator and she did not respond. The cultural decor is very tastefully done. I give the S..9/10
