"Absolutely brilliant stay at SACO apartments and it won’t be the last. The apartment was perfect for what we needed as a base to visit my sister and her family for a family party. Everything was provided and the location was absolutely spot on! Just walking distance to the harbour and the shops and public transport to the rest of the island. Thank you to all the staff who were so friendly, especially Martina who’s a credit to the company. We will definitely be back! Thanks Naomi & Paul! "

"The hotel was perhaps not the best choice for 80 year olds with some issues as the entrance to it is rather steep ! However, since we were meeting relatives of varying ages there, and the taxi service in Jersey is excellent, this problem didn’t detract from our enjoyment.. "Hotel is in a central location a short walk to shops and bus station. The hotel itself is clean and all staff members a friendly and welcoming. The breakfast menu offers a good range of options all of which are prepared to order using good quality ingredients. The bedrooms are finished to a high standard many offering an outside balcony, with both a walk-in shower and separate bath. The hotel offers a lively outdoor area to both eat and drink as well as quiet areas to relax"

"Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and made our stay memorable and fantastic. The plentiful parking was a massive bonus, as was the included breakfast."

"Rooms are clean.... and warm. The heated pool is lovely. Mainly older guests stay. Perfect location for walking into st helier (10- 15 mins). Staff couldnt do enough for you. Food was good, a different selection every night. A nice bar with at least the basics of each type of drink. "

"This is a comfortable hotel. The lounge/restaurant area is superb - a great place to relax and enjoy the view over the bay. We enjoyed our bar snacks meal and our one dinner was of excellent quality. Our bathroom was a bit tired - adequate but needed a refurb. Most staff e.g. reception and bar, were warm and welcoming. Outside areas are beautiful - the pool looks good. Reasonable parking Steepish walk down to the little harbour."
