"We had a wonderful stay at Napili Shores Maui! The location was beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for our family getaway. We loved being so close to Napili Bay and having easy access to the beach, restaurants, and other parts of Maui. "We were there for Hurricane Lowell and the hotel was fantastic. They provided 2 free charging station (which they powered with generators), ice water, coffee in the morning and breakfast, lunch and dinner (free of charge) for their guests. Resort was beautiful upon arrive before and after the hurricane."

"We love Papakea and have stayed many times, but this particular unit, F101, was not up to the standards of other units. While ocean front is nice, the inside needs a serious update. There are cracked tiles on the bathroom floor and the furniture in the living room is scratched up and not comfortable to sit on. The A/C unit is not strong enough to push air into the bedroom which was the hottest part of the unit. There are no extras in the unit, like beach chairs or boogie boards which other units...
