"We stayed at the Hilton August 11 - August 16, 2026. Our room was a beautiful ocean view room with a spectacular view. The only problem, the AC never worked properly. And this is during a hot and humid Hawaiian summer with weather reaching upwards of 92 degrees. The first night we made a complaint and the hotel failed to have maintenance check the AC unit.
