"Beautiful property. Had an initial issue with room and staff moved us to another room promptly and ensured we were comfortable. Great view of the ocean, pool was a huge hit with the kids. Location near Japanese gardens - lovely place to explore.
The hotel is an older vibe but well maintained. Only cons - elevators were very unresponsive and staff had to assist a couple times; have to pay for parking AND when you say the resort fee covers 2 drinks a day (sounds great but only certain...

"We loved the proximity to the Kona area. The manta experience was amazing. There was snorkeling, national parks, and state parks nearby that were beautiful. It was a great place to base camp. We went and did our exploring and then came back and relaxed in the pool, hot tub, and voyager 47."

"The room was fine, comfortable bed. Could only find 1 USB port, which did not seem to work. Luckily had brought surge protector with outlets and USB ports. There is a tram available to get across property but depending on timing, it is faster to walk."
